Toasted Quinoa Crunch

2 cups quinoa, cooked

Parchment paper



1Cook quinoa according to directions. One cup of quinoa + 2 cups water ~ 2 cups cooked quinoa.

2Preheat oven to 350°F.


1Spread out quinoa on parchment-lined baking pan.

2Roast in oven stirring frequently to ensure even browning.

3Remove from oven, let cool, and store in glass jar with lid.


1Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup if enjoying as cereal.

2Sprinkle in salads.

3Use as a topping for yogurt.
