 1 lb. fresh okra, washed, dried, and ends trimmed
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 teaspoon garlic powder [or other seasoning]
 Salt and Pepper to taste
Prep:

Wash, dry, and trim okra.

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make:

Toss okra with olive oil, seasoning, and salt to taste.

Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.

Roast for about 15 minutes until okra is browned.

Serve with favorite dipping sauce - ketchup, yogurt curry sauce, etc.
