 2 tablespoons white or chickpea miso paste
 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
 2 teaspoons maple syrup
 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
 4, 6oz. skinless salmon fillets
 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Preheat broiler and set oven rack to middle of oven.

Grate ginger.

MAKE:

Place the filets skin side down on a parchment-line baking pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together miso, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, and ginger. Brush evenly over fish.

Broil for about 10 minutes until fish is cooked through [cooking time will vary based on thickness of fish]. Be sure pan is not too close to the heat.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
