 6 cups cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed
 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 2 teaspoons lemon zest
 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 Salt and pepper to taste
Prep:

Cut and steam cauliflower florets.

Wash and chop fresh dill.

Place oil, vinegar, dill, zest, and mustard in mason jar and shake to combine.

Make:

Add cauliflower to large bowl and toss with dressing.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
