 1 pineapple, cored and sliced
 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Core and slice pineapple into rings [you can buy it prepped this way]. You can also cut pineapple into sticks for grilling.

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Oil grill grates.

Melt coconut oil.

Grill until marks appear, about 4-5 minutes per side.
