Place a popsicle stick in each piece of banana, and then freeze them for at least 3 hours or overnight. Be sure to insert only 3/4 of the way through the thickest part of the banana to prevent banana from splitting.
Stir chocolate chips and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until completely melted and smooth.
Place liquified chocolate in glass and tilt it while rotating banana in sauce. You can also use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over banana.

Place bananas on parchment paper and allow the chocolate to harden, or eat right away!
