3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small shallot
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup dill
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup radish finely chopped
1 1/2 cup greek yogurt [for vegan version use 1/2 avocado]

Coarsely chop cucumbers, dill, and parsley.

Chop radishes finely.
MAKE:
