Cardamom Orange Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt, or non-dairy yogurt

1 cup rolled oats gluten free, if needed

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 Tbs chia seeds

1 Tbs maple syrup

1 orange, zested (for 1 tablespoon orange zest)

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbs pumpkin seeds for garnish

1 orange, sliced optional, for garnish

Directions

Prep

1Zest orange for 1 tablespoon of zest.

Make

1In a glass jar, mix yogurt, oats, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, orange zest, cardamom, and cinnamon.

2Add the top to the jar and shake.

3Leave in the fridge overnight.

4Top with pumpkin seeds and orange slices or other fruit.
