 1 cup rolled oats
 1/4 cup buckwheat groats
 1 tablespoon chia seed
 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
 2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
 1 teaspoon maple syrup [or to taste]
PREP:

Measure dry ingredients into a 3 cup+ mason jar. Store until ready to make.

MAKE:

Add milk and maples syrup to jar. Shake to combine.

Let sit for 10 minutes then shake vigorously again.

Place in refrigerator overnight. Top with fruit if desired.
