
Rinse broccoli and trim off a bit of the stem of each head. Turn broccoli on its head and slice through the stem to create "steaks". Some florets will break off - no worries, you can roast them too!
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brush broccoli steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and roast until florets are browned - about 20 minutes.
While broccoli is roasting, stir together yogurt, remaining olive oil, and hot sauce. Season with salt to taste.
When done, remove broccoli to plate and drizzle with sauce. To get the drizzle, place sauce in a Ziploc bag and snip off a small piece of the corner - squeeze sauce through hole.
