
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips [we love Enjoy Life Minis]

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in food processor and blend until completely smooth.

Stir in chips.

Spread in greased 8x8 baking pan.

Cook for 20 minutes then remove from oven and cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
