Functional Detox: Culinary Workshop

Join Chef Julie Harrington, RDN for a hands-on culinary workshop in our teaching kitchen. When your body is able to efficiently clear toxins from the body, all systems work better. A functional detox is a natural way to rid your body of toxins and gets you on track to reducing your risk of chronic disease. Increased energy, better sleep, weight loss, hormone balance, stronger immunity, and reduced inflammation are all benefits of consuming a diet rich in detoxifying compounds. No unrealistic detox diets here. We will be creating whole plant-based recipes that will get your metabolism humming to start the new year off right! This culinary experience is 1.5-hours long and is followed by a meal enjoyed in a small group setting. Class size is limited to 8 participants per session.
